Meet the Team

Mary Louise Luczkowski

Chief Executive Officer

Mary Louise Luczkowski, fondly known as "ML",  serves as The TeleHealth Market's CEO,  and known expert in both strategic planning, marketing and solving operational challenges such as improving revenue cycles.  Yeah, it’s a strange combination, but it really works for us. In addition to her work inside behavioral health (where she tripled revenues) and senior living facilities,

Mary Louise created and championed the Spirit of Ford kicking off Ford's 100 year anniversary, and, built Indiana’s first math, science & technology museum, led a biomedical testing company through a crisis, developed one of the first patient experience programs, and designed the strategy and marketing for a leading telehealth remote device monitoring firm.

She served on the National Council of Readiness & Preparedness in partnership with Harvard University under an initiative of the Department of Homeland Security. ML has sat on numerous Boards of Directors, and she helped launch a treatment center for sex-trafficked girls.

ML possesses a journalism degree with study in sports medicine, so she’ll be fact checking this bio. She lives outside of Chicago, loves to travel, and can sing the Notre Dame fight song for hours.

Michael Clingan

Chief Operating Officer

Michael Clingan helps things run better at TeleHealth Market and with our consulting clients.

Michael designed magnetic resonance stuff for three Nobel Prize winners, led 60% annual growth for international technology companies, founded the C-bridge Institute on the MIT campus to train executives for disruptive times, and helped a behavioral health center reduce intake from 14 days to an hour.

It all began with a shiny master’s in physics, when he was recruited to pilot a process improvement at a major corporation. And he still does that sort of thing, though he thinks he asks better questions now. While skilled in tools such as Lean, Six Sigma, and TOC, Michael finds and uses the best tools for the challenges faced by each organization.

He’s consulted around the world in healthcare, technology, manufacturing, higher ed, and public services. Michael lives on the side of a Colorado mountain and is a devoted soccer/wrestling/violin dad.

Dr. Tyrone Grandison

Chief Technology Officer

Tyrone Grandison, the CTO of The TeleHealth Market, leads our technology review, HIPAA compliance and IT security consulting practice.

With a PhD in computer science, Ty’s LinkedIn profile lists 99 publications, 23 patents, and 56 honors. Yep, that could be intimidating. and what sticks out to us and others is Ty’s calm and sure way of navigating the evolving and complex compliance and IT security issues of healthcare.

Part of Ty’s secret — he helped develop HIPAA and a significant portion of the best practice encryption and IT architectures now being adopted — he literally wrote the answers to the test.

Ty was the Institute for Health Metrics' first CTO as they published the annual Global Burden of Disease where he also created the Health Atlas for mobile platforms.

Ty’s ability to see what’s needed next has led him from HIMSS Fellow to Presidential Innovation Fellow, to Eisenhower Fellow. Based in Seattle, Ty is an active board member or chair for numerous human rights, social justice, health informatics, and national security organizations.
